Who We Are
The West Parry Sound Ontario Health Team is a made up of practitioners and primary care leaders in our community.
What is the WPS OHT?
The West Parry Sound Ontario Health Team is a collaborative of local healthcare, social service, and community partners working together to improve the way people access and experience care in our region. Ontario Health Teams were created to break down barriers between sectors — hospital, primary care, home and community care, mental health, and more — so people receive more connected, coordinated services that improve health outcomes and system performance.
