It is a shared initiative of the West Parry Sound Ontario Health Team, West Parry Sound Health Centre Rural Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, and Parry Sound Family Health Team. CareBridge is funded by the Government of Ontario.

CareBridge is available to Ontario residents (with or without a health card) who do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner in Ontario.
The CareBridge Clinic is on the third Floor of the West Parry Sound Health Centre (6 Albert St., Parry Sound)
No, only those with an appointment will receive care.
